What do I wear?
During the treatment you are fully clothed. Socks and shoes are removed. It's always a good idea to wear some comfortable and loose clothing, for your comfort.
Zone Face Lift & Facial Reflexology requirements.
Any botox or fillers needs to have a 21 day gap before any face treatment is given.
Should I clean my feet before a treatment?
It's always beneficial to have clean feet upon arrival. I do have water wipes to do a cleanse before your treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
This is personal to you. We can discuss how many treatments would be beneficial to you from the first consultation and treatment. Generally, people like to book a course of 6-8 sessions on a weekly basis, and thereafter, a once a month maintenance treatment . Reflexology, is a treatment that has benefits from just one session, bringing the body into a deeply relaxing state.
